Unban Request: AshyLarry

#1. Why Do I think I was banned?

As I arrive home from work yesterday I planned on hoping on the good ole CS:S as I usually do around that time. To my surprise I find that I have been banned from both servers. Having a hunch that my brother had something to do w/ this I ask him why I find myself banned from not one but BOTH servers, not sure if this is standard protcall or what? So he tells me that he and his little shit friends were on spamming the MIC and I assume not playing by the rules. This is all the info I have on the BAN.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

I wish I could tell you all I know is that I come home around 5:00 PM CST to find that I have been banned from both servers. As far as the admins go I also am clueless to who was on at the time, but they must have found it very annoying to have to ban my account.

#3. Why should I be unbanned?

Simple. I have been playing here the TPG since it was TTP. I have always and will continue to play by and follow all the rules. I was pretty bummed to fined that this had taken place and have given my brother a sit down and let him know that if he is ever on again or at least on the TPG servers he is to abide by the rules and follow all calls. I hope that this matter can be resloved in a timely manner so that I can get back in the game and start having some fun.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

From this point forward I will only play the game as it is meant to be played by TPG standards, and will make sure that if anyone other than me gets onto my account they know the rules and play by them. I have already given my brother hell for this and he is sure to not do anything out of line again. I hope this request is kindly considered. Thank you. The larry that is ashy~~~Ashylarry

I am your banning admin Ash. You you are correct in that the "person" who was playing on your account was mic spamming for the entirety of their play. We have no proof that it was actually your brother of indeed yourself, instead we are going to have to take your word. So far you have been a great regular at TPG, so it is in your benefit that we believe you. This is your first strike....three strikes and your Excommunicated. Make sure it doesn't happen again.

Hey I tried to hop on just now and it says that I am still banned, did I not put my steam id correctly?

What Blonde failed to mention is that all bans have to be submitted for a vote of the CS:S Admins to be removed. Your vote is underway - stay tuned.

I would like to post as a witness to the event. I was on AshyLarry's team when this event occured. It was CT side Seasons. I have played with AshyLarry prior to this incident and have never had any problems with his ability to communicate. On this particular day of the ban the person who played AshyLarry was more troll than usual (mic spamming, wont stfu), and had a complete different voice (higher) than usual. I am not claiming that it was indeed his brother or not, he could have used a voice changer or whatever, but I would like to point out it was indeed a shift in normal behavior, which was very unexpected for me to see.

By the vote of the CS:S admins you have been Unbanned. You may now connect to the servers. If you have any problems let us know immediately. Lastly, be sure to be careful who you let play on your account. This is your first strike, and hopefully your last, but three strikes and there's no coming back.
