I just put it up there as a reference, amsterdam. Just so people have a way of looking up your info, and knowing who we're talking to.

WERD, i remmember some guy talking down on me and another player for talking spanish...All kinds of racist remarks were flung @ us, and one of the admins burned him for it....i had only been a regular for a little while, but it goes to show that this is a very well run server with very respectable mature admins.....Off topic but i thought i'd witness to you...

that's all it was. bigdog got mad, and decided to take it out on your and your clan, because bigdog is mean like that.

and then, when you were being all good and such, he just decided to start messing with otis, and then banning everyone. man, that bigdog. such a meanie.

No one feels sorry for you, because, once again, you are straight up lying. The entire team was going on about why and how and when and where we were losing. The only thing you offered to contribute, and I'm pretty sure first, and only time I even heard your voice, was for you to say "shut up asshole. cry about it. STFU, I'm in CAL". It doesn't matter if you said that exactly........you said enough for it to be paraphrased into that.

You decided to carry on, and continue, and thus, were deemed a non-teamplaying member of the team. Not just non-teamplaying......team insulting.

A crime punished by whatever we think is necessary, and ultimately resulting in your eventual ban, at least after we get the point across that you can't go walking in to any place you want, and start thinking you've got the right to push around a 10-man team. You crossed the line already, and the only reason you weren't banned the first time was because you were sent to check your speakers (magically) and did not reconnect. Had you reconnected at that time, you would have been banned. Being banned then, or being banned later is irrelevant.

You were GOING To be banned as soon as your were deemed a troublemaking, clan fronting, insult spewing, team breaking liability to the server. Just becuase you weren't banned then doesn't mean you were off the hook.

Your friend Otis wasn't TOUCHED. We just sat there, and watched him play...... until of course he decided to relay "hey bigdog, Eddie has your credit card information....etc" as proven by the logs.

So then, it was open season on otis. And he left before he could be banned as well.

Then...later in the evening, I have to get back on to determine what the hell is wrong with the tickrate, sitting in spectator......and one of the first things I'm able to read in the chat is "look, that negro came back".

So........looking at it from my point of view....I don't have time, I don't have the patience, and you guys certainly don't have the intelligence to carry on a civil conversation about why and where you should talk your trash, and explain to you why you were banned (something you still are riding the fence on admitting and denying).

For me, all I got is a problem clan, with members that are persistent in tossing insults into the direction of the admins and regulars.

so, you and your clan were summarily banned. Period.

this has happened several times, with several clans. If we have to ban more than one of you, we just assume that we ban all of you, before you start a war, or embarass yourselves and the server more.

amsterdam was doing a good job speaking for you, and now I can see why.

the only thing you can do is come on here and STILL stand there like you were wronged, and that the admins here are being mean to you for no good reason.

then you pile up a bunch of shit about how you say things happened, how you didn't do anything, and that you were just sitting there being nice when you got banned. Even if you had tried to explain yourself on-server......we still would have shut you out, and banned you, since we have forums for that.

these guys are completely trying to walk off from this like we somehow fucked them, and we're out of line. I would hope all admins watching this actually think, before they cry mercy in the admin forums. players like these guys just don't fit in.

lets also keep in mind that for both instances you were punished and removed from the server.......there were at least 4, if not 6 or more admins on at the time.

so stop trying to make it your word against mine. Simply because other admins aren't speaking as loudly as me, does NOT mean they aren't here, or in the admin forum. You assumption that this is you guys vs. me is wrong, and is hurting you.

the only members that have been banned are eddie and otis. You are not banned (at least I don't see your ID in the banned user list.)

the vote will resolve soon enough. Let's see what happens.

You don't have to take off your tags, since we're not going to hold grudges against those who actually wish to play. We are not anti-clan, we are just anti-asshole. But, in our experiences, as I'm sure you're aware, once you have a few issues with more than one member of the clan.....the entire clan decides to play the "bro's before ho's" game, and comes in just to pick fights.

and you can't win fights on a server you don't control.

As you can see in many of the banned user posts......there are plenty of people that have been in the hole that have been released. It all depends on the vote. But, once they are released from their ban......all of these players are warned (or should at least assume) that they are on a very short leash, and top of the list of players needing to be banned.
