Thread: Conspiracy - Unban

1. I'm legitimately unsure what I did to get banned, because I haven't played on the server for about 2 weeks. I just reconnected tonight to find I was banned as soon as I connected. Perhaps the ban was meant for someone else?

2. CS-GO. no idea who banned me, I didn't even connect fully to see who was in the server. STEAM_0:1:20250791

3. I'm a regular, and I've been polite and communicate in-game.

4. If I have committed an offense, I promise to refrain from doing it again.

Hello Conspiracy, I am your banning admin. Your ban was actually administered in December - due to a sourcebans glitch some bans weren't being enforced until today. You were banned because you apparently think it's perfectly acceptable to ignore TPG's rules when admin mods aren't working. Care to explain yourself?

I'm not entirely sure what I would have done. I recall using the autosniper when the plugins werent working, but so were other people in the server, so I doubt that would be what the ban was for. I legitimately don't remember what I did, its been over a month at this point. If I was being uncooperative at the time, I apologize.

Repeated racism, not following the calls, mic spam and trolling. You've been here long enough to know the rules. Why would you think ANY of that is ever acceptable here? Last I looked the rules have been roughly the same since 2005. Just because Valve broke admin mods doesn't mean that we stop following those rules.

I'm sorry, I don't remember this happening. I haven't ever micspammed in GO, and I always follow the calls. There has to be a mistake here. There may have been once or twice I said a few racial slurs, and I apologize if I did, but I don't remember any of the other 3 ever taking place.

If so, I'm very sorry. I want to continue playing here, this is seriously the best pub around. There hasn't been any repeats of incidences for the past month, and I promise to continue my good track record.
