ABUSIVE admin free pass. Troll all players for fun

On 2-18-12 at 5:00 Pm
on the battlefield 3 server
a team mate (which I believe name was around "parabola" or something) was TEAM KILLED by me
makugx.

makugx: sorry mate you scared me
TPG server admin: kicked out of the server for 1st accidental TK.
makugx got back in the server and warned all players the admin was an abusive immature little baby that kicked without warning on 1st accidental TK.
TPG server admin = bans makugx.

Is this the kind of behaviour that's seen as proper among your community?
If I had any power over it, I'd confiscate your server and make serious charges against.

Let's have a peaceful time with everyone. Why can't we give administrative rights to mature people who can behave on the games and not create more chaos?
I don't know who runs this joint, but this kind of behaviour is the one you should promote.

Further details on what actually happened.
makugx was standing firing multiple oponents and mr noob here came running right next to me from the side. Since the game fails so much to help detect team mates, I saw him and shot him in the fraction of a second. the sun was at my eyes so I couldn't see the tag.

I don't know what you're talking about.
I'm trying to put it where it fits your needs n rules.
It's bad enough that every forum has it's rules and when not respected ppl get pissy. It's how it works for now.
i don't know if you realize but there's a lot going on in this forum. It's hard to get used to it in a few mins, so please be more patient.

Alright.
I read it. Nothing in relation to my case was mentioned.
I'm having a hard time understanding why does this have to be so unorganized?
Someone who shouldn't have admin rights on your server banned me unfairly.
the only thing left to do is check the logs, see who did it, take his admin rights away and lift the ban on me and anyone who he has banned as well.

Simple.

What do you believe I'm doing wrong here that my message is not going through?
