unban request for ARMA3 wasteland #2 1.8 beta

i was band today 9/29/2013 from the teamplayergaming servers on arma3 and i have no idea why my gamertag is THE FONZ my steamid is fonzy0202 . now if it was from talking in direct chat after someone killed me all i said was "come on im new to this " in a little kids voice .. i didn't mean any harm was only joking . i didn't use globe, i didn't curse, i didn't cheat. i wish i could give all the answers yall asked for in the READ BEFORE POSTING , but i cant .sorry again if i hurt anybody's feelings i didnt mean to ... thank you hopefully i can be filled in soon . have a good night

#1 I truly do not know why i was banned server reset and on reload the you are banned poped up ... and before the reset i didnt do anything against the rules that i really dont know of

#2 ARMA3 wasteland #2 1.8 beta, on 9/29/13 i really do not know on who the admin was, i dont know witch admins were playing i dont really look for stuff like that

#3 i would like to be unbanned because i like playing on yalls server it is one of the best servers out there.. and the friends that i play with all play on there. the players i was playing with are deskpop, street, goodzilla, easton, and cheetos other then that i do not know

#4 i apologize for what i did but as i answered on #1 i truly dont know what i did but if i would be informed on what i did i will promise to not do it again .. but i will say that i promise to not talk rudely on globe or direct .. and to play like the adult that i am

if there is not enough info please please tell me because im new to pc gaming and do not know what im doing some times and i will do my best to find it out

FONZ, have you connected to either of our servers with a different name? If so please provide. You can also PM me your PID so that I can locate your ban and figure out the reason.

Have you installed ANY 3rd party software on your ARMA III game?

I was able to determine that you attempted to connect to our server with some type of hack or script installed on your local. Our anti hack looks for very specific things and we have had no unresolved false positives to date. I need to consult with another high admin to determine which script it detected and will let you know as soon as I can.

You need to think through this again. Have you adjusted your recoil or installed anything from lystic?

As Nuckle said, there aren't any "false positives", either. This Anti-Hack looks/scans for KNOWN hacks/cheats/scripts. Another one bites the dust.

okay thank you for the info for why i was banned ... now can anybody tell me how to find it and delete it .. i truly have no idea what it would be... can i delete all files on arma 3 and start all over again

If this is how you are going to approach this ban then you are not going to get very far.

Are you the only one that uses your PC?

man i truly sorry if u think im being a smart ass but im not .. yes im the only one that uses this pc . i have a friend coming to look at it to see what the problem is .. once again im sorry and im working on finding the prob.. im really sorry is there anyway to lift the bann for a week so i can try and load in to see if the prob is gone
