Thread: I was banned from your (DoD:S) server a while back and wish to have a 2nd chance

Hey guys. This is fury from formerly clan -BS-, which was the team I was on when I was banned from your server.
After careful deliberation from you (the admins), my ban was determined to be kept.

I feel that I have served my punishment and I wish to have fun on your server once again. I am a nice guy, a very experienced player, and I mostly try to make friends on any server that I join. I am, in no way, a chauvinistic "CAL" player (although I do play in CAL with a decent team, but I do not believe in any way I am superior to any pub players... everyone has potential to be good at this game, just takes time.) with an inferiority complex. I do not challenge admins' authority. What you say, goes.

That does it for the 'prologue'. Now, I was banned a while back because of my stats. I was told that my accuracy was impossible to have whilst being legit. I believe I had a high number of headshots. At the time of the ban I was the starting sniper for my team, and anytime I would pub, I would make it an effort to try to snipe as much as possible to try and perfect my snapshots. Well, as I was practicing sniping in your server, a few admins were in spec watching me, and I believe I made a couple reflex shots on players looking at me from up above in windows. As for now, I am no longer a sniper, I now rifle. (not really relevant, just for anyone who may care, hehe.)

I live in Louisiana, and this is one of the few servers I had a genuinely good time playing on, despite the whole getting banned thing, which I can totally understand. It happens. However, I went to the TXGF day of defeat source lan recently, and did rather well, so to add to my case I will link to the stats of that lan and show you the standings and how I did. When I was looking for another clan I ended up changing my name from fury to ddro, because fury is VERY generic and ddro.... is not. :) Here is the link: http://www.gotfrag.com/dods/story/38427/?spage=4
If you don't want to sift through the stats I can completely understand that, so I'll just give a brief explanation. I had the best ratio on lan with a rifle, but not the highest kills/caps or what not. The reason I was ranked #1 with the rifle was because it was listed by K:D Ratio. Once again, I do not have an inferiority complex, this is all just information that I am presenting to help with my case. All of the demos are provided in that link posted above at the very bottom. The team I was on was gameslaves, and my name was ddro. If you want to watch how I play on lan and compare it to the way I was playing at time of ban, feel free to do so, in fact I encourage it.. They are very similar. All of this is just to explain that I did it on LAN, and many people were surprised I did well. (You guys weren't the only ones that thought I cheated! :D)

Anywho, I really wish you guys would reconsider your decision. I am a nice guy, a good team player, and if anyone needs help with anything regarding dod:s i would be perfectly glad to help you out with whatever you are trying to work on. I waited around 2-3 days after you posted the PM I sent you to see if anything would be changed due to that but no dice. I am back a long time later because I got into bf2 really heavy (apparently it's more teamwork-oriented than dod:s! :D) and didn't play dod:s much except for scrims/matches etc. not much extra time for pubbing playing bf2 all the time, hehe. Sadly, bf2 has run it's course and I wish to play dod:s again, and there are 0 servers with serious players that actually try to get caps whilst having fun.
