Thread: 2142 server Ban

Now I do not know if this is a permanent or temp ban

#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I got banned for (supposed) hacking

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
BF2142 server. Blackhawke was the admin who did the banning. If mury is an admin he was there too.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Because I most definately was not hacking. I was flying the attack chopper with blackhawke on the opposite team fly behind me. I did a couple rolls, got behind him and shot him down. The I got kicked for hacking. Came back and asked him why I got kicked. Then I got banned right away.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I was not hacking. I am a very active player on this server and am always a team player. I do not understand why I would get banned for shooting down an admin?

First off thanks for taking the time to post in the proper manner suitable for a response. You were banned by me for legitimate suspicion of hacking while in the gunship. It was on Sidi Power Plant and we were in a dogfight, I took some distance between us and you were right behind me a ways back. I saw your missiles incoming and shielded, the shield had enough time to load up and I was watching 3rd person view, the shield was completely green and all your missiles still penetrated. After you were banned however you came back into the server and called me out as an admin and started accusing everyone of hacking including Mury and myself. I will post logs when I return of your actions. Please be patient.

Lol I was joking with mury cause he was joking with me calling me a hacker. He always kills me with that damn Voss! And hell, I have been shot down plenty of times with my shields up. Sometimes it just doesnt block it. But I was most definately not hacking. Mabye I should have not called you out on it, I was just wondering why I would get kicked for shooting an admin down? I am sure there is some sort of stat tracker you can look at and see how much I do play on this server. I have never been accused of hacking before and I would like to think I am one of the regulars and was even thinking of reserving a slot. Thanks for your time

So uhh, does that mean I can play again? Mury himself said we were just kidding and the only remotely inappropriate thing I did was call you out. I will admit that I should have done it privately, I was just amazed I got accused of hacking for shooting someone down. Hopefully it all works out.

Calling an admin out is a bannable offense. It's not something were you kid around or something that can be just overlooked, you were banned for it. Your vote is underway, please be patient for at max 3 days.
