Request to be unbanned

#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I believe I was banned because I was playing well. I ended the round at 48-9 or something close to that.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
I was playing on [Texas ...TeamPlayers... CS:S Ranks, Stats, Votes, Web] and I believe the banning admin is Syringe. I had a friend playing with me on the server and after I got banned my friend was asking why. Syringe was answering so I am assuming it was him but I may be wrong. I do not know any of the admins names so I don't know who was on, this is my best guess.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I believe I should be unbanned because I don't feel I did anything wrong. I am in no way insulting the banning admin by saying he shouldn't have done what he did, I am only saying I know that I was playing in an appropriate fashion and wasn't breaking any of the server rules. I was playing extremely well on the map we were playing and for the sake of this post I will assume that is why I was banned. There has been many times that I have watched other people playing this game and at first have thought they were not legitimate. But then again there has been many times where I have had phenomenal rounds and have said that if someone was watching that they would probably think that about me. I have been playing CS for 7+ years now and am very confident in my ability to play this game. I am not trying to be cocky or conceited, I only think that I have played this game enough times to pick up certain things. I use headphones and am easily able to hear things that give me a general area of where the person may be. I shoot randomly at corners that I know people tend to be. I also throw nades in certain spots where I see people a lot. Sometimes I am lucky and it pays off, sometimes it doesn't. If you have seen me on the server during this month and a half that I have been playing here, you will have noticed that I do not always do very well. I don't care how good you are, sometimes the dice don't roll your way. Some nights I can barely hit even and some nights I do really well. Usually it's because I'm on the winning team and it always helps in that scenario. Such as the map I was playing when I was banned.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will refrain from doing anything that will get me banned.

I've known Jeff (darktower) for at least 11 years now. Hell, he's the one who introduced me to CS in the beta days. I know what kind of skill and respect for honest play he truly bring to the table. I've sat right next to him for practically years trying to perfect these games and not once have we ever steered away from legit gaming.

To be honest, it's kind of disappointing. Darktower had a quite killer round of CS, and over that one round, he got banned. I heard some people say, "Well, he naded us in the apartments" or "He shot us through the wall when he was all alone." I don't doubt it! I do the same things if the scenario allows me to.

I don't want to over step my boundaries here, I would just like to express my concern over an unfortunate mishap. I'm not going to say it was an unlawful ban, because that is not my call, it's the admins'. I just hope a demo or something of that nature was recorded.

I was present. Please give an account of how you dispatched the last 4 people before your ban. You were alone in the "house" on Italy as a T to help your memory. I know what I saw but before I respond please give your account as this was the defining moment culminating in your ban. You had some suspect kills before this which prompted the complaints from players and alerted the admin but the end of this round was really suspect.

I believe you are referring to a round were I was using a deagle and was alone in the T house. This was an amazing round and the only one that really stood out to me so I hope it is the one you are referring to. I had 2 flashes and used one that I had picked up from a dead teamate. There are only two ways into the house, through the window and from the main entrance so I set up shop watching the window and stairs from the second floor. I just focused on those two points of entry and the rest is really just me playing. I remember using the two flashes that I had bought at the beginning of the round and when I would hear someone coming I would wait until I thought they were close and use a flash. I believe I got 1 trying to come through the window, one on the boxes trying to get through the window and the last two I flashed the stairs and killed one guy coming up and the other guy was just standing by the hostages. It seems that enough time had passed for him to not be effected by the flash but he seemed like he was just standing there so that was an easy kill. Again this is the only round that really stood out to me so I hope it is the round in question. This was probably a couple minutes before my ban so I'm not sure if it is. If you have a demo of this map perhaps I could view it to give you guys a better explanation but this is my best recollection of those events.

First let me say that I have played with you alot on the server and previous encounters were not suspicious however this map was. I recall you being upstairs in the house as you say but what transpired was different in my recollection. You were checking long hall and middle stairs window but your first kill (of the last 4) was a CT comming from Apt.....you then checked the windows again and as you checked long hall you were lined up perfectly on the head of one of 2 CT's and poped him effortlessly....strafed for cover and popped the second in a similar manner. The first was suspicious because the "head level" is different down that hall depending on where the CT is and you managed to catch them perfectly. Now the most suspicious....you fired thru the wall onto middle stairs right where the CT was (but he was covered cuz he was not all the way up stairs)...then you strafe out and fire again where he was but could not see him....then you strafe behind the wall again and fire again thru the wall. You then threw a perfect nade on his head....strafed behind your wall again...and popped out at the precise moment he broke cover to kill him. None of the shots appeared to be the typical strafe, fire, strafe, fire moves as there were definite pauses between them.....also the CT did not break cover immediatly he hesitated after the nade. Lastly....how could you hear the CT's from that far away (over by Apts. at balcony over mid) and how did you know about the CT in mid since you had just killed 2 CT's in long hall...no way you can hear middle stairs while shooting CT's on long and the CT was not moving since you were shooting the wall that he was behind. Most peeps would assume that the CT's were in pairs not comming from 3 directions yet you never checked the Apt. side again. I personally like playing with you Dark but I have to call what I see. Oh and for this exchange you had an AK not a Deagle. Luck....mabey....suspicious...definitely.
