Unban request

1. I walked up to where Bigdog was in a jeep, checked to see where the rest of my squad was with the shortcut key and i was killed by Bigdog. Shortly after i came up to the same spot, trying to watch out for Bigdog driving, I sat along a wall and Bigdog shot me again. Then i was kicked and banned for team killing.

2. I was playing on 2142 and Bigdog banned me.

3. I should be unbanned for the fact of not knowing what I had done to get kicked/banned. I was asking my squad why he was doing this repeatedly and they had told me he was moody tonight.

4. I was unaware of what tactics he was doing and apologize if i had gotten in the way. I always follow orders and always follow the rules. Again i apologize.

*partial witness statement*
not sure what happened with big, but right before this (nearly 30 seconds), i had asked an admin to kick you for what happened with me.

i was in one of the two FAVs on top of the statue wall, in the gunner seat using it to clear infantry and FAVs down below. you jumped in and started to drive off, which i then started to repeatedly ask you to "get out". you finally did, and i moved the car back into position. you then got into the gunner's seat. i asked for you "get out" a couple more times. all of this i had no problems with other than annoyance. the part that i asked the admins to help me with was after the second time asking you to jump out, you did, and then shot me in the drivers seat, taking my health down to ~20.

I did not realize for i was a medic at the time and could have gave you a med pack. There were two enemy soldiers running up the road to your right and i started firing to give myself cover. I didnt even see your soldier on my screen, only the jeep, and did not realize the pain inflicted on you from me. The few shots hit the jeep. To the jeep you were driving, i never steal another teammates transportation and was wondering who or what the "get out" was being directed to. When i did get out i mixed my forward movement key with the enter key and once again i got out, faster than the first time, realizing the situation. I apologize.

you were banned when braddoc, a member of my squad, said you were intentionally shooting at him after he told you to get out of the jeep. We he positioned the jeeps (I had one as well) on the ramps of the statue to cover the ruins and park flags, which we had been doing quite well.

you got in his jeep, and he told you to get out. You then shot him. I was informed of this, found you, and shot you.

I tried to ban you immediately, but I said "!b investigator" instead of your "investigater" name. So, when I saw you again, I shot you again, and then was able to get the ban.

If it was an accident, or unintentional, then fine. However the ban was issued to remove you from play until that could be determined.

Are you saying you did not intentionally shoot braddoc in the jeep he and I were using to defend the statue?

Jeep stealing/driving/moving is not a bannable offense....but shooting teammates because you are frustrated with them certainly is.

I was being "moody"?

who said that, and how would they know? I would LOVE to know their names.

And I'm certainly hoping for their sake they are not admins, or reservists. Me taking you out as an intentional TKer, and running a hard line for teamplay and attitude in-game are what makes TTP what it is. If people in your squad think I'm being "moody".......they can feel free to join my squad, and tell me so.

That, or they can shut their damn mouths. Because that's some envious, inferiority complex BS right there.

Bigdog - The team damage was not intentianal at all. As I exsplained, i was giving myself cover and in doing so i had shot the jeep. I have never shot anyone on my own team out of aggravation and never would. If i had know it hurt the driver i would have promptly gave him a med pack and broadcasted sorry over the main line. I am not a team killer and i am strongly against who ever is!

I don't remeber now who was on my squad, some ppl i havent played to much with as appossed to the regs i usually do play with. I do appologize again for the frustration and confusion i may have cause to anyone and exspeacially appologize for the team damage. I WILL tighten up as I love the forum and the 2142 server to much to jeprodize the privilage of playing on them. I respect what you had to do and stand behind you and all the admins for keeping the server on top.
