Being kicked/baned for anoncing hacker in open chat

my most epic fail was throwing a molotov at my feet to fight off a horde during a campaign on expert....which didnt go well, in my defence i was still getting used to the game!

the most epic fail i have ever seen was against a clan on versus NM1 on the starting roof area they got ambushed which was a fair one they opened the door and they got a whole 2 points and they all left

NM4, on the part after the elevator, I get the "You will become the Tank" message while being Infected. However, I was running forward as a simple Boomer to get closer, trying to do my puking before being Tank.
My controls get transferred to the Tank, whom the AI Dir spawned right before the border, facing the void. Since I still had my finger on my forward-key, as a Tank, I fell off the building to my death like an idiot immediately when I took control.

Last time I played versus, I shot a boomer at point blank right where the escalators are in Dead Air (Map with the crescendo). It exploded on all of my team, and we died right there, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MAP.

I was so proud. We usually suck, but that was...beyond our usual sucking.

DT 3, before Church Guy. So, we just hit the woods area after the Trainyard & we heard a Witch. I knew she was somewhere in the brush, but I thought I'd test my luck & see if shooting the woods would piss her off, but I thought I was going to disturb her. I shrugged it off & decide to shoot anyway.
Next thing I know "YOU STARTLED THE WITCH!" is flashing on my screen.
Needless to say, I totally deserved it.

Ahhh, I'm very good at disturbing the witch. I do it once per campaign, at least. When I do it, it goes like this:

Teammate:Watch out for the witch!!!
Me: Where?
Teammate: Right under your freaking feet!! ARGH NO.

The most epic fail I seen was on versus (360 version) on NM1. The other team got past the second stairwell going down. They always had one guy up on the roof, enabling instant spawns. One guy even stood on the roof to heal, even though all us infected were dead. It was hilarious. But of course the team quit the next level when we pawned them as the survivors as well. (By the way it was not pub noobing, it was me a friend and 2 randoms on my team as well).

P.S. I know that's not my epic fail, but it's my favorite
P.S.S. My most epic fail was on bh3. Tank spawns as soon as the safehouse door is opened. It goes on to incap the rest of my team as we fought it and the other si off (on a sidenote they were smart, making sure they had one si assisting the tank at all times). So I'm running in a circle while shooting it and the other si, my team is pistoling from the floor and we actually down the tank. Only problem is I didn't realize it went down, and wound up pounced by a hunter. Just out of reach of one of my incapped teammates. That's what made it really bad.

Well the most epic fail Ive seen, is the survivors when i was on the infected team.

It was the first level of Dead air, two people were limping, and the other two were yellow. i think there were 3 medpacks left (not a terribly good round for us)

smoker pulls one out the door, just as they close it, me as boomer runs to intercept, they open the door, shoot me, and some how two hunters cover, and somehow, we incap all of them.

epic denial!
