Thread: I got banned for no reason...

A warning was issued over god chat. It said: Lucien, play like you mean it or leave.

I issued this warning because you were playing as a scout and repeatedly forgoing your primary and secondary weapons in favor of attempting to bat people.

This is not the behavior of a Teamplayer.

After the warning you continued to play using only your bat. So, feeling generous, I slayed you and said in god chat "Last Warning". You then accused Jibbidy of being an admin, said "wtf Jibbidy" and "Admin Abuse!"

Those statements would not have gotten you banned and are not the reason I pulled the trigger. I did that because after the warning and the slaying you continued to only use your bat.

He is entitled to his "day in court". He got off to a bad start by not bothering to read the rules or guidelines in either the Banned or Admin Abuse forums but he is entitled to make a case for his unbanning.

Ohhhhh, sorry, i did not see that, and the reason i was banned now is understandable, should i modify again so that it says why i think i should be unbanned?

You don't need to modify it, simply post it as a reply.

Ok, well, now that i know what i did wrong i can say that i will act more like a team player and use the proper guns and not just run at my enemys with my Melee weapon drawn. And i am sorry for the problem i caused. >.<

It looks like he was doing better using the bat. 34 kills w/4 deaths vs the shotgun: 41 kills w/44 deaths. Pistol is 6 kills w/1 death.

Isn't it more important to kill using whatever weapon you can do the most damage with?

As a heavy, I've had many a death at the hands of a scout with the bat.

Just curious.

The TF2 admins voted to overturn your ban. You should be able to reconnect to the server immediately. Be sure to follow the rules.
