A little confused (BF2 ban)

This started about 20 mins ago.

Player =CBBF=[RSoBB]-Spank

Was happily in Alpha squad on US (O.K. wasn’t following them as I was sniping) when I got kicked & saw the message about “joining a squad when returning”
Understandably I was a bit miffed @ an unjust kick (I always play in a squad as soon as I join) I came back & typed.

“wtf moron why kick when in was in a squad” (or very similar) & was promptly kicked again for disrespecting admin.

By this stage & getting quite angry & was prepared to come back with a nasty, swearing message, but I refrained & put up the message “well next time don’t kick ppl who are in squads” & was promptly banned.

I have been playing on your server for a few weeks & have not had any trouble, I feel this was a totally unjust kick, never mind a ban & would like it lifting A.S.A.P

is why you were banned. talking shit to the admins is always grounds for removal. I highly suggest before you post again that you go to our BF2 forums and read those rules good and well before coming back and posting an update with all the info

Well I though I put all the info down, but will do so as requested.

#1. Why do you think you got banned?

Because I feel I was unjustly banned.

Well all I did was state my case, so next time anything happens I’ll just shut up & take it like a man.
O.k. I can accept being kicked for calling an admin a "moron" but banning for saying “well next time don’t kick ppl who are in squads” is way too harsh.

Hope this is put out in the way that is acceptable to you & that my ban will be lifted soon.

I was your banning admin. It's almost impossible for me to kick you on a mistake. The program the admins use, allows us to sort the the players by who has been on the server the longest without being in a squad.

How long do you think you had been in the squad? Were you having coms with the squad leader? Could they hear you? Maybe you were squad glitched. Where it shows you to be in a squad but you aren't. That round was a good 8-10 minutes along when you were kicked.

Here is what you did say in game:

[19:15:26] =CBBF= [RSoBB]-Spank -> wtf moron, i was in a squad

I gave you a chance right here to keep from being banned:

KICKING!!! =CBBF= [RSoBB]-Spank When on this server, don't treat the admins with disrespect again.

Instead you came back with this:

[19:19:08] =CBBF= [RSoBB]-Spank -> well dont kick ppl for not being in a squad when they are then

If you wish to play on this server, then make damned sure you are in a squad. If you wish to challenge admins in game then it wont go too well for you. It's nothing personal, it's business, and this kind of business is handled in the forums.

If you wish for this unban request to move forward, you will need to provide us with a link to your BF2 stats.

Well it did show that I was in green in alpha, but it also showed that there were 7 ppl in the squad (I didn't select the squad it just kept me in it from the previous round) (tbh I didn't have the sound on @ the time as i was on the speaker phone).

I still believe that a ban for saying "well dont kick ppl for not being in a squad when they are then" is too harsh, but whatever.

That is what we admins call 'squad bugged'; it doesn't happen a whole lot, but it does happen.

You don't have to agree with the methods, but you do need to observe the rules of the server. Supplying a link to your stats is mandatory as per the banned procedures. Since you complied with that, now I can move forward with your unban vote. It can take up to 3 days, just sit tight and what wait on the results. I'll get your vote up this afternoon.

While waiting for the results, get associated with the forums and find the BF2 forums. Maybe you can make some friends through this unfortunate event.

How happy were you supposedly in a Squad? You should know if you were or weren't in a squad...

If you were Bugged, which I Highly doubt, a player with just a little bit of brains would know that the squad couldn't here him or were responding to him, if he was communicating... So either you are lying, or you were not communicating and working with Your Squad.
Either way, we remove players of that calibre.

Oh, we removed a Non-TeamPlayer that was not communication, or working with his squad, per your own words here.

So You deserted the squad and left them out to hang, that you claim you were in. You can be a sniper and communicate with your SL and cover them, but you went Rogue.

Oh really ? Are you an Admin? Do you manage this server, or Any server? Who are you to tell us how to manage our servers and our rules?
No sir, we ban people who do not respect our rules, admins, or players... Our Reservist pay to play on our servers and one of the many reason is because we remove Non-TeamPlayers from the server and then you are going to tell us we are being to harsh because we removed a Lone-wolf, that was clearly not communicating with his team or his squad. Pathetic.

Don’t know why you need them, but here are My stats

For one, looking at your stats, You are no rookie, so if you saw that there were seven people in a squad that you say you were in, you should have known that somebody was bugged, but since you were not communicating, You wouldn't have known it was you, would you? More proof, you should have been removed.

We have a Scrolling message in the server that States that players that fail to communicate, will be kicked and or banned.

Your stats are so we can look at them and also establish what your ingame player name is and because we ask you for them. Again, you question us. Look chump, if you don't like the rules, go play somewhere else.....

Again, from everything I gather, you seem to be a Rogue player that doesn't respect our Server rules or the Admins, which means, your stay here will be very short.

You have some evaluting to do, if you want us to consider to let you play here.

As I stated I before I was on the phone so didn’t have the sound on @ the time (no I don’t disconnect from a server every time a phone rings, not many ppl I know do either)

As you can see from my stats I've been playing for a long time & have seen the 7 ppl in 1 squad before but didn’t realise that 1 person couldn’t communicate with other members of the squad.

You say I went rouge, but I was sniping into the Junkyard where the rest of my squad were taking (they appeared green to me)

You can also see from my stats that I've been a lone wolf for less than 90 hrs out of over 1700 in total, so wouldn’t class myself as a rogue player.

I apologise for getting pissy @ your admins but as far as I was aware I was kicked for a unjust reason.

I really don’t know what else to say so I will await you decision.
