This is a re-application to be unbanned. My previous application was on 03/11/08. Quite awhile back.

#1. Why do you think you got banned?

I got banned for a large number of reasons, among them being not following the call/"lone-wolfing", identity changing, clan issues...all sorts of things...

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
I was on the css match server

according to youngryder he was the one who banned me.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?

I think I should be un-banned because all the previous issues are now resolved:

-I passed the phase where I was determined to make lone-wolf moves where I only ended up hurting my team.

-My name is simply Checkmate, the clan that had caused me troubles earlier I left long ago and has since been disbanded. I'm just Checkmate, that's it.

-There might have been some sort of an issue with the tf2 server as well, my friend messed with my account, no I didn't give him my password or anything like that, he was just over and messed it up, he deleted a whole bunch of my contacts from ttp and changed my settings and my display picture and all sorts of things along those lines, then he went on the tf2 server and got me banned. (because at that time I was banned from the css server). Now it's been brought to my attention that there is a new policy on bans and you're only banned from whatever game you got banned on, however that wasn't in place at the time of my ban so I don't know what you guys want to make of that.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

should I be re-accepted into ttp, I can't afford to screw up again

I won't sell out my team

I will follow the rules and standards

I will be a teamplayer

Were you just playing on the COD4 server? I saw a checkmate on there.

He's entitled to play on any game server that TTP host as long as he is not banned from it. If he is banned from Counterstrike and wants to play some Call of Duty 4 he certainly has the choice of doing so. Bans are nonmagnetic and do not go across game servers unless the individual is an excummunicated member of the community.

Sorry for jumping in, just wanted to make it clear if he was playing another hosted game that it is certainly alright to do so.

Your banning admin should be along shortly checkmate.....

yeah I just wanted to get on a ttp game and show people that I had changed, and when I made pushes with the bomb in sabotage, or helped defend points people congradulated me and it felt good :)
