    Help please? still banned

    Hi I finally got three days off work and it says I'm still banned. my ban was resolved on the 23.

    We just migrated to new servers and maybe somehow your old ban was included. Let me check on this.

    I just removed them again....unfortunately it might take the 7 am server restart for you to be able to connect. But you might go and see if you can get on now. Let me know if you can't connect by tomorrow after 7 am.
