Yep, he was playing with me on the same server and relayed the game banner.

You don't understand how you and a buddy being on vent at the same time, in the same game, and on the same team will raise a red flag for us? That's a big problem for us. One that you seem to be taking lightly.

What is the point of your personal attacks? Can you please explain what rule I've broken by using Ventrilo with my friend on the CS Top 5 server?

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
I was on CS Top 5, de_dust2 about 8:30pm central. Not sure who the admin was, all I've ever seen in the game is (Admin).

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
After I was banned, my friend on vent says the admin is banning for not following calls. I didn't hear the call because of my music. Honest mistake that I'll work at not to have happen again.

In the future it would make sense if the online admin would display a warning message across the screen BEFORE banning someone. Otherwise, how does one know they are doing something wrong? Especially if you have voice disabled or your music is up.

I understand admins are there to help the servers, but isn't banning people without warning is a bit overkill and counter-productive?

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I'll turn my music down a bit and listen for calls instead of getting banned!

Looks real familiar. A large part of your ban was because of the attitude you displayed in our servers. The CSS Admins sustained your ban also based on your attitude, and it looks as if it hasn't changed.

Thank you for copying and pasting my last ban request. I waited 30 days, as stated in that last unban request, to try for another appeal.

You claim I'm taking this lightly and now you say I've got an attitude? Let's please start over and keep this on track.

I'm patiently trying to resolve my ban about not following radio calls and now you state there is a problem with Ventrilo. You continue to repeat that there is a problem but refuse to explain yourself and continue making personal attacks directed at me.

It's obvious you don't like me and that is okay. I've fixed my attitude problems and I'm simply trying to come back to this community with a clean start. If you don't want to address what I've done wrong or even explain what the problem is with Ventrilo, then can I please have another admin's input?
