Re: CS Top 5 ban
I'm not taking personal attacks. You openly admit to being on vent with a player that was on the same team as you. That sends us red flags. It always has, it always will. Your attitude conveys the message that you don't seem to understand how that's a problem.
Also, here's your last unban thread.
#1. Why do you think you got banned?
After I was banned, my friend was on with me and he said the admin posted an in game banner that he was banning for not following calls.
#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
I was on CS Top 5, de_dust2 about 8:30pm central. Not sure who the admin was, all I've ever seen in the game is (Admin).

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
After I was banned, my friend on vent says the admin is banning for not following calls. I didn't hear the call because of my music. Honest mistake that I'll work at not to have happen again.
In the future it would make sense if the online admin would display a warning message across the screen BEFORE banning someone. Otherwise, how does one know they are doing something wrong? Especially if you have voice disabled or your music is up.
I understand admins are there to help the servers, but isn't banning people without warning is a bit overkill and counter-productive?
#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I'll turn my music down a bit and listen for calls instead of getting banned!

I'm patiently trying to resolve my ban about not following radio calls and now you state there is a problem with Ventrilo. You continue to repeat that there is a problem but refuse to explain yourself and continue making personal attacks directed at me.
It's obvious you don't like me and that is okay. I've fixed my attitude problems and I'm simply trying to come back to this community with a clean start. If you don't want to address what I've done wrong or even explain what the problem is with Ventrilo, then can I please have another admin's input?

Re: CS Top 5 ban
I'm using the term "attitude" as in the state of mind you're in. It doesn't have just one meaning.
I'm not "out to get you". In fact I came into this thread hoping you took the 30 days to think about what you did, and changed. Clearly you havn't. You still think that I'm personally attacking you(and if you really think so, then feel free to make an abuse thread on it), and you still come into this ban thread with the same "state of mind" as you did the first time around.
If you havn't changed, then why should we? Why should we vote yes on you if all you've shown us is the same thing you first came in here with?

Re: CS Top 5 ban
Even thought you never answered my questions, I decided to put your vote up. Again, by admin vote your ban is sustained.
