I will wait out my ban because I was warned before. Im here to state my feelings toward this manner in a logical and hopefully non offending way.

The reason I was banned was because of my "shit-talking" towards a certain player, Kimbee. The 2 things that I said were
1. I called her a "slut."
2. I said she had a "cavernous vagina."

While I was warned about being malicious towards other players with my "shit-talking" I do not believe that I crossed this line before or after. Kimbee is a girl and when you "shit-talk"/insult someone you have to make the insult relevant. Therefore the normal insults of "gay" or "homo" do not work towards a girl. I also did not throw these insults out randomly, it happened after Kimbee had killed me in game so I believe I could respond with an insult because of my death. The normal things that people say to each other in the server are much worse than "slut". So the real question is why does Kimbee receive special treatment. Is the real reason that I insulted someone, or that it is a girl? I feel if I called a guy a "slut" or said that he "had a vagina" I think this would be a mute point. Kimbee got her feelings hurt or was upset because of what I said. Well then I think that I was perfect in my "shit-talking". Most people agree that I talk lots of shit on the server and deal it out evenly to everyone. I didnt single out Kimbee or throw insults at her time and time again. I got killed so I "shit-talked" her. So why does she get to go cry to an admin about being insulted and I get banned. Big fucking deal, its the internet. An admin does not have to be a knight in shining armor because she is a girl. Giving her special treatment is sexist. The situation is given double standards. I have been called fag, homo, queer, my mother doesnt love me, small dicked, go suck a dick, get fucked, and get raped several times on your server. This im sure has happened in front of admins. Do these guys get warned or banned. I havent seen it. So I ask that whoever banned me doesnt treat her any different because she is a girl. Who crys about getting called a slut over the internet? Really? Like its really that bad?

So I know this is futile because of the very fact that I came to argue against. This is why Im not asking for an unban but instead came to vent. Its only a week ban so I can handle it.

To Kimbee, sorry that you get so easily offended. Maybe the internet isnt for you because there are lots of random assholes out there who say much worse and offensive things than I. I will not insult you anymore because its not worth being banned from TTP forever.

is what you said, word for word. I once upon a time took offense to being called "slut" or "cunt" even "bitch" those are things to say to a girl, if you must, for gaming shit-talking, I've learned to not take offense, you were way out of line, people on my team were wondering why you would say such a thing.

What you said, I take strong offense to. I also find it slightly racists to african-americans. By the way you said it.

All in all it's admins choice, not mine. If you would of called me something more decent, I wouldn't of gotten an admin.

That second comment isn't just shit talk, it's boarderline sexual abuse. So I wouldn't take this appeal so lightly.

Im not appealing just venting. And that last one was a little harsh. Sorry. Sometimes I get a upset at my deaths and lash out irrationally. But I wouldnt say racist or sexual abuse because then youd have to take those standards to everything guys says to each other. Such as my mentioning of being called a fag, homo, or queer. Ill try to resolve with Kimbee personally and I will also be on the best behavior aswell if and when Im let back.

Before the admin came into the server to ban you, I personally added you to the ban list the moment I heard about the situation. So yes you are.

And if you really think this was an unjust punishment, or sexist on my part then go ahead and make an abuse claim.

Just for clarity, I was the one who issued you a 1 week ban.
I have warned you multiple times over god chat about this kind of behavior.
How come you never have anything to say like this to our male players. Only her.
Ive had to warn you to leave her alone 2 times and this time it was unacceptable.
