#1. Why do you think you got banned?
Soloing a chopper

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
BF2 vanilla server, don't know who the admin was or who was playing.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Wasn't aware that soloing a chopper was against the rules. I don't see it posted on the server. If it's against the rules then I'll fly a jet.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will not solo the chopper, I'll find another player or not fly at all.

Thanks for posting in the proper manner....You have been warned various times before not to solo the chopper....you were warned last night (20/11/2009) not to solo the chopper and you replied:

Which was enough to warrant a ban in itself, but I let it slide....you came back today, and kept soloing the chopper, were warned not to, once again...you kept to doing it...and it landed you here. So, how were you not aware that soloing the chopper was not allowed if you answered back at the admin's warning?

you should've been quite content that the admins took the time to WARN you instead of automatically kicking you for not following their instructions. The server is about teamplay and admins will enforce the rules that promote it. You obviously saw the admin warnings and you keep asking where is it posted?

It was posted in game, various times, addressed to you. You chose to ignore it.

You got banned for running your mouth AFTER being warned not to solo it out. And where it's posted is irrelevant. You saw the admin warn you, and you responded. That means you were aware, but rather than saying "Roger that, I'm on it", you instead say "fuck you admin, I pwn your face".
