Unban Request from TWallyT for Battelfield 2

Hello Team Texas Players. I love playing on your plethora of server selection from Left For Dead my recent banning on Battlefield Two. I feel that I was banned on a bad basis from team killing and find it all a misunderstanding.

Upon just joining the server currently at Operation Midnight Sun I jumped into a jeep to join the battle spawning at the airfield. The observation helicopter lowered down in front of my driving telling me to "hop in". Upon saying with the quick negative button multiple times i got distracted, ran into a tree, blew p and the helicopter pinned between me and the car.

THEN

After this i died pretty fast seeing how i was just warming up I re spawned at the airfield again and grabbed the plane. Upon taking off and initiating thrusters an ally man ran in front of the tarmac rendering him to be ran over since once the plane gets going you can't stop. While I knew this server was a team killing banning sever i felt that I was in great pressure to be banned.

A few other things may have popped up but some freak accidents happen. Such as throwing a grenade into a room and then an ally not knowing i just threw a grenade runs in. I never aim to be banned and i never aim to team kill. I as my friends love this server and don't' use any other when it comes to Battlefield 2.

We even recently discovered the you host Left for dead and also 2 and I saw something about killing floor. You may have a potential new clan member! But back to this issue. I hope you can urban me and understand my circumstances. I always aim to have good round and a lot of fun with others.

Please lift the ban!

I am from the Battlefield 2 server and here is my list...

1. I believe i got banned from team killing.

2. I am from the Battlefield 2 server and i think Dex71 was the admin.

4. I aim to not team kill except I hold my right that things do happen and some things randomly happen.

TWallyT, I was in the LB (Little bird)in you're case you call it observation helicopter. This is what I observed. It was the beginning of the first round of Operation Midnight Sun. I just switched to the US side because last round/map we smoked the team pretty bad. So I switched to teams to help them out..
I selected my spawn point back of airfield. When I spawned, I spawned in the A-10 hanger as I was running towards the cobra I noticed that there were already two people going for it. And at the same time no one was going towards the LB. So, I hit the shift key to sprint towards the LB. As I get in I immediately hit the C key to switch views towards the outside mode. Once that was completed I made a squad. When I switched mode I saw LPunit run in front of LB and look at me and moves side to side wondering if he should get in or not. He ends up not getting in but gets in the AA next to the LB. As LPunit gets into the AA he becomes commander. Remember I'm still on the helo pad waiting for engineer to come by or some other players.
As I watch LPunit get in the AA BruceBloodMaster joins my squad. As I start talking to BruceBloodMaster I hit the caps locks key to see what kit he spawned as and I noticed that he was an engineer and according to my HUD he was still at airfield in an APC about to leave our main. So I ask him hey do you mind coming with me in the LB and repairing it with an engineering kit. He said sure no problem I'm engineer right now I will come on over. So, I started to take off and face towards the general location of where he was coming from which was SE of my position I change the screen view to LB cockpit view. As he was running towards me he finally reaches me and about to jump in(remember I'm hovering he is right under me). BruceBloodMaster gets hit by a friendly DPV. And I told BruceBloodMaster that guy was an a$$ hole. And BruceBloodMaster Say's "did you see that fucker he TK'ed me". I replied, yes I did.
So, I turn the LB towards the incident and moved closer to the helo pad and land it on the LB helo pad and face it towards the fence and change my screen view towards outside mode. I saw BruceBloodMaster spawn in where the Cobra spawns in and I see him running towards me. So with the quick chat I tell him to get in. BruceBloodMaster was about to get in when he and I get hit with a friendly DPV. This killed BruceBloodMaster and pushed the LB towards the fence and its nose almost towards the ground.
I again BruceBloodMaster and I exchanged some words over VOIP. He spawns in and this time no one tk'ed or anything. So we went into battle!!
Now my question to you is where in the world do you see a single tree in the airfield? The only trees are outside of the airfield......

My question to you... You said you hit a tree then hit the LB?? Something doesn't add up...

Wow it's obvious you put quite some effort into this.

Although I can see if from your point you can see that i was being an @$$ I respectfully disagree.

As anyone can point out or agree with is that computers experience lag. Look behind the fence and there is a tree close by to where the helicopter spawns. Coming into question "where is see a single tree on the airfield" I experience lag often from using wi-fi on my college campus and tend to have to plug in with an Ethernet. Now look at the 8th picture down and see my angle as you can see the tree in the background. I may not have been able to "hit" the tree but throwing about 250-400 ping and lag it can sure pop up like that along with seeing a tree and then re-appearing into the airfield in a car coming into contact with an observation helicopter.

I jumped into the "third" location of where the DPV spawn and took off the proceed into combat. I was intending to leave the airfield to go into combat but then noticed the unoccupied copter for use. Turned around and came to use it. Upon experiencing from just joining and not being plugged directly into an Ethernet outlet i was experiencing lag from my gaming laptop. Where i in question came in a team killed one person.

As we look at your "rough estimates" of the crime scene the fifth photo from the bottom is very accurate. Although If i was in first person not inside a vehicle I was inside one from this incident and I can pan and look around WHILE experiencing lag.

I am truly sorry for the team kill but I hope you realize that this is all a misunderstanding and accidents happen.

So, if you could can you clarify to which statement you are sticking to did you run into a tree or you may have not been able to “hit” the tree due you’re ping . Sorry if I’m coming across like an a$$. It’s for clarification….

I remember this, though I had no idea what happened. Explosion happen in front of me as I was commanding, and saw that the little bird had just crashed and it said H7 and Bruce were no more. I thought H7 must have just accidently hit the tower, though I thought it was weird because H7 is a good pilot that wouldn't normally do that.

Yes, this did happen but that was later into the game though I was coming in for more ammo. Wott was in the A-10 and I was coming in from the South of the runway and I saw Wott comming in and I was in the back view mode and tyred to get out of his way. When BAMM hello tower... lol my bad....

Also the server automatically kicks people for high ping over 300....

Ok since I was the guy who got tk'd here As I saw it happen Wally you drove right at me and ran me down with your DPV . It wasn't like you ran into me from a short distance you drove halfway across the airfield to run me down. As to your Tree........I don't think there is a Tree on an airfield but I'll have to look at the pictures. After I did get in the LB you ran into the side of it with the dpv and brought the helo down to 2 bars of health. I said to H7 this guy is a jerk and we continued off to battle.
Now IF as you say it was an accident Why did you run your DPV into the side of the Little Bird after I respawned ( from you TKing Me ) and got in it ??

I can buy the fact that accidents happen. Hell,I'm not sure how many times I have blown up my teams arty because of old age and brain farts,but to accidentally tk a guy,and then come back and accidentally do it again (or at least come close by causing damage to your teams asset)?

I'm not making a judgment either way just yet. I just want your story to be absolutely clear to the 50 or so admins that will be voting on whether or not we lift your ban. It's not just up to me as I only have one vote.

Please be as clear and honest as you can. We are a pretty forgiving group here,and I don't want you to think you are being ganged up on...that is definitely not the case. We just want the absolute truth,and we can go from there.

So I will ask you point blank. Did you at ANY time intentionally tk or cause damage to your teams asset?

As soon as you give me your answer,I will put up your vote to the BF2 Admins.
