#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Because the admin should have not automatically assumed that I was not with my team and not following the call.
I am a regular who constantly follows the call, makes the call, wins the round.
I am not some random player, therefor it shouldn't be automatically assumed that I would do such a thing as sit back and not follow the call.
I am almost always the first person in the rush, because people don't know how to run straight and like to run side to side in order for others to get infront of them and in doing so lessen their chance of dying.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I have not nor intend to break TTP's rules ever.

My ban was permanent.

not to get too involved. I was in the server when the incident occurred the player was afk. Instead of slaying the admin took the decision to ban because of the slight attitude presented towards the admin in his response. edited :)

Phex, you know the deal, your banning admin will be with you shortly.

In light of the slight attitude, this admin must have been the same one on the previous map, de_cbble.

In which two players were arguing over an awp, one was using an awp and in the same instance complained about another using an awp, and staying back and what not. I budded in and said he was using an awp and to stop complaining. The term ended in the admin saying stop being a distraction guys or i'll ban all of you.
This player continued later on, and i ma_chatted the admin and told him he said he would ban people if they kept continuing to be a distraction and i pointed out that he was continuing.
He then god chats saying "let the admins do the admining, Phex"

This is more then likely the same admin.
I have been accused countless times by many admins of not following the call and I have justified myself in every single one of them telling them I was afk or that I made the call to be so or the like.
I have played on this server a lot and I am pretty sure the admin doing so knows of how I play, that I am a good team player, and that I am not just some random person that would not follow the call. And I would assume the admin is one of the players that I killed, and thus had a slight in-game grudge against me and therefor clouded his judgement on banning me permanently, as well as assuming, what all people assuming i was not following the call and or "sitting back" as it was said.

you did not give me any warning over text and you had harsh feelings because I killed you and you were upset about it and were looking for something to say to me.

You acted out of retaliation to dying in the first place, and thus accused me of something I did not do.

If there was no admin on T side maybe you could have asked, like I see many good admins do, saying "why were you back there" and I would have responded, like i do to every other admin "i was afk" or "the call was _____"

I would not be surprised if you were the admin on cbble since I saw you there, who told everyone to shutup, then when someone continued, i was told to mind myself.

My attitude is NOT in the sense that I think this is my server and I can do whatever I want. Again, you disrespectfully accuse me of such that is not true.
Sure I may tell some player off because he is acting like a fool telling the other team to drop the awp even when he himself is using it. Sure I may call my teamates idiots for baiting. Sure I may tell my team to stop acting dumb and play smarter and then point out how they can. But don't we all?

If you truly think that I believe I act like this is my server and that I'm just running rampid then don't bother unbanning me. Because that is of the so not true. I play completely differently on this server then how I would else where due to the servers rules. I rush straight into a strat that was called, even if it is a very stupid strat. Or I keep rushing into b on dust2 even though my team is 20 feet away and won't even get in the site at the same time as me even though the call is to rush B. Again, disrespectful. And your surprised that I said "thanks".

Condemning me because you acted disrespectfully towards me and then perma ban me because I retaliated like a human being by saying "thanks" at the very least.
I will say nothing more. If you fellas think I should be perma banned cause i'm such a cute,funny, smart-ass sarcastic person towards the admins who doesn't follow the calls, sits behind, acts like this is his server, all while giving the admins constant shit, then so be it.

what im saying is that you didn't warn me out of such reason, not banning me out of such reason.

Phex, I get killed all the time just like many of our admins do. We take are admin hiring process very seriously. So claiming that I was pissed off because you killed me just flat doesn't make sense and is more likely you trying to reason with yourself on why you were being a smartass with the admin. You've killed me several times before on several different maps, so now all of sudden I want to find a reason to ban you? Come on, use your brain.

You accused me flatly, and did not just simply ask me. That is pretty disrespectful, regardless of anything else. Cause I do my best to follow the calls n what not.
You disrespected me for no reason, when I am a good player that abides by the rules. So why should I see it be unfair to be perma banned, when i have given every other admin the respect they have given me. and everything worked out nicely

~Accused me on impulse of staying behind and not being with the team.
~Told me to mind my manners when I pointed out that a member was not abiding by what you said on cbble
~Brought up an event that was a misunderstanding in order to better your side.
~Accused me of acting like I own the server and that I can do whatever I want
~Accused me of giving admins shit, when in fact I have only given Ace shit and that was a misunderstanding, and every other admin that I have had to talk to is only in me saying that I was afk or the strat involved me being where I was
