Unban Request - Death-Vow
1. lm uncertain of the reason for which l was banned, as the ban indicated that l had Team killed. this however was not the case. that aside, l can only imagine the reason for my banning was in response to my typing that the full contact war server was back online. as it had gone down without notice and coincidentally many of the players who played regularly at Fullcontactwar seemed to be on texasteamplayers at that time.
2. the server "Texas ...TeamPlayers... BF2 Ranked" , l'm not sure of the admin(s) who were playing and/or who made the call. as it came without warning
3. l don't believe ignorance to be justification for poor action. with that said at the time l did not believe the action to be a poor one. informing other players that Fullcontactwar was operational was not done with any malice in mind towards texasteamplayers and or the texasteamplayers community at large.
Should l be allowed to play at texasteamplayers. l intend to keep the same commitment as l've always to gaming in general; and that is to play a fair and balanced game while being mindful towards a servers policies and moderately well-mannered verbally
l hope that l may be allowed to resume play at texasteamplayers
thank you for your time

Re: Unban Request - Death-Vow
So... you thought it was OK to come into our server and announce that the FCW server was back up and running (with the implied hope that some people would switch servers)?
If the former FCW regulars want to play on the FCW server then I think they are more then capable of finding out that it is back up without your help.

Re: Unban Request - Death-Vow
Death-vow,
I was your banning Admin. Exactly as Arreo said,we do not allow ANY advertising of ANY other servers....AT ALL. Coming in and announcing that another server was up and running was out of line, and a poor judgment call on your part. We certainly wouldn't do that on another server, and expect the same respect on ours.
I think that you can understand the reasoning behind this. Post up a link to your stats (bf2s works),and assure me that you won't ever mention another server on our property, and I will put your vote up.

Fair enough...I will put a vote up for you,and recommend that the ban be lifted. It will take no more than 3 days, and you can check back to this thread for any updates.

The Admins have voted to lift your ban. You may reconnect to the server at any time. PM me if you have any problems.
Keep your nose clean.
