#1. Why do you think you got banned?

Well i was banned for what i had said in chat to another player regarding the varying levels of administration philosophies between several of the admins who often play on these servers.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

i was on the TTP CSS server, and there weren't any admins playing, as there were only two people playing on the server. Aerro logged in, and then an admin kicked me, so logically i'd assume it was him/her. Steam ID is STEAM_0:0:5026738


#3. Why should you be unbanned?

To be honest, i said what i said, it wasn't me attempting to talk down how these servers are run(i know how it looks, but if i hated it, i would have left long ago). hell i wouldn't even be here making this post if i didn't respect the consistency and reliability of a nice team oriented server to play on. However after being kick/banned i came here to look for rules, what you are looking for in public users, and what you expect out of someone like me, who just comes here to relax after a long day of work. but i digress, the rules are ones i have been following, and for the most part, i enjoy having as rules. I said what i said because in all honesty, its what i have seen, i don't know how else to put it. sure my in game talk isn't grammatical and its hard to convey my inflection through typed words (especially when you are typing while running around trying to kill people because your mic is broken) but alas, it is what it is.

im an adult, i have a full time job, i pay bills, im a level headed guy. i roll with the punches and go with the flow on most things and i just enjoy the comradeship of the server. Im no all-star player by any means and im happy to admit that... but i do enjoy the teamwork and the occasional-but-hardly-once-a-week clutch win i get from time to time. i'm sorry i said what i said but i guess next time ill just take it to the proper place on the boards.

so to sum it up, the reason to unban me? because I am a team player, i am someone who listens, i am a good guy.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

considering i have been playing by the rules, i don't see myself breaking them. and obviously if i have an issue with the administration, there is a board that i can go to and make a statement on (that i now know of).

Yes, it was me who banned you. And you are correct in the assumption that what you said got you banned.

well i guess since you posted a chat log and all (i wasn't gonna identify that i said a particular name due to the fact they are supposed to be secret) but i didn't mean to disrespect smokinsherrif, i actually really like playing with him because he makes some really great calls, and i even have been learning a few tips on planting spots and flashing correctly etc. from him. the fact i knew he was an admin was from the other night when he joined and basically called people out over the mic and then respectively kicked/banned a few with little warning. it was nice because it got the t's to start winning, but at the same time i realized that if i messed up, i could very well end up the same...so thats kind of why his name got brought up.

again i never meant to disrespect smokinsherrif

As per admin vote, your ban is sustained. You may appeal it in 30 days.
