Thread: Banned -- please unban

Hi,

I was playing CS:S on September 6 around 1am and was banned for "not being a team player".

I have just installed Windows 7 on my laptop and have sound card problems so perhaps I didn't hear warnings or other information if it was any.

The ban happened on the inferno map. If I remember correctly (Maybe this is not 100% correct description, but that's how I remember it now):
my team (T) rushed to the right and I thought I could go a good job supporting the team by making sure no CTs will shoot people from the balcony, so I went to the apts to shoot the balcony windows. Then I saw that most of the T were dying really fast outside between two doors. I had deagle only and thought it makes no sense to go and die too, so I decided to go around the apartment near the bomb site to flank the CTs. Perhaps it was wrong decision - I would be happy to learn and adjust. Before, on de_dust2 if I saw most of my CT team running to, say A, I go B to make sure it is covered too. I thought it is a good tactic and in fact helps the team - please let me know if one supposed to do otherwise.

Again, sorry if I didn't hear anything - my sound was off at the moment.

I was your banning admin. You were ban for not following the call. The call was mid to b and you were appartments sitting back not rushing with your team. There were a couple of rounds in a row you were wondering around too. Now sound is VERY important on this server to listen to the call. Hopefully you have learned your lesson and i will never have to see your here again.
