Thread: BF2 unban request

Dear TTP admins.

I play routinely on the BF2 server and have a great time - thanks for that.

My son, sirzim, was banned some time ago. One of our ace pilots TK'd him (accidentally of course) 3 or 4 times in a row while he was ground pounding - just bad luck for him. He got frustrated and shot the pilot a couple of times on the carrier deck and was kicked and banned. Completely justified.

I do not know which admin may have banned him.

We really like to play together and TTP is the only server that's worth playing - great guys and good competition/cooperation.

He has learned his lesson and will not do that again - he understands that sometimes you are just in the wrong place at the wrong time - the joy of the game is that we get to respawn ;) If you would consider unbanning him I would very much appreciate it.

Joe i am not the banning admin but i will go ahead and handle this issue. First things first. He needs to come in and make his own unban request. Of which he can use this same thread or create his own. If there is some reason why he can not complete his own request please by all means speak up and we can address that. Second we are going to need a link to his stats. Once those issues are taken care of we can proceed with the unban request.

Hello TPG - just following up Joetheboss' request with my own formal unban request:

I was playing on your Battlefield 2 server on Gulf of Oman, and one of the jet pilots on my team was repeatedly bombing the area that I happened to be in, coincidentally killing me in addition to his target(s). I simply got frustrated because it seemed like he was bombing indiscriminately, and was not having much fun because of it, so I went to the carrier and intentionally killed him a few times.

I don't remember the game IDs of any of the players that were playing at the time. (I vaguely recall that the pilot that I killed had a name starting with 'J'.)

My in-game ID is "SirZim"; my playerID is "47505711", assuming I found the correct number; here's a link to my stats: SIRZIM First Sergeant Stats, BF2S.com. (As of posting this message, I don't have access to my CD-hash, but I can get it at a later time if it's necessary - just let me know.)

I regret my actions, have learned my lesson, and will abstain from committing any actions that are unsportsmanlike and/or against the rules of your server in the future.

Thank you posting in the correct format and yes that is the reason you were banned. I will start your vote. It should take no longer then 3 days. Continue to check this thread for any updates.

By vote of the admins your ban has been removed. Please read the server rules in the BF2 section of the forum to avoid any future issue. When ever there is a problem on the server get an admins attention. Taking matters into your own hands will only get you right back here.
