I really have no idea why I was banned. It says excessive team-killing

The server I am banned from is 2142 server(Gamecod CampGabril&Cerber). I have no idea who banned me.

Even i don't that BAN rule will be their in servers

this is my first multiplayer game i am playing from India,

Not sure why you think that server is our server. We no longer host a 2142 server, so you must be mistaken.
