Re: BF2 VS. CS:S
I am currently reformatting my hard drive on my gaming rig and going back to XP from Vista. I installed a new mobo and cpu last night and Vista went nuts. Piece of shit. I will get all my programs installed today so I don't see why I couldn't make it.
20 minutes per map? I think we'll have them capped out in less than 10.

The same-old-same-old dolphin dive tactic is half the reason I prefer 2142.. where when we see someone faceplant thinking they'll get uber accurate instantly, we laugh at them and promptly fill them with holes.

Walker, I'm a 2142 guy, love that game.
I can't stand how people think it's a tactic to hit 'z' while you come face to face with someone. I could do it, but I don't simply because it's crap and a pussy way out of the real fight and gameplay.
I know these games, I just have never been able to tolerate the diving move. PS w4j, I'm not calling you out. Just a rant left over from the days I used to play BF games all the time.

Delta Force games used to do that: When you were prone and hit a hard strafe, you'd roll left or right (if you did a soft strafe you could slide, but not zoom in and fire at the same time, but still shoot from the hip), and you also couldn't turn your view more than 45 degrees without putting your weapon down and moving.. where in BF games you can spin in a circle like you've got some majical pivot point on your belt.
