Been 2 months and still no notice about the pugs.
I say we give this another go! We've recruited a few regs, and i think the admins should think about starting up the pugs again?

I'd be happy to do them again, But it is not up to me.
There needs to be someone willing to do them for them to happen.
I would like to organize and play them again.

I don't see it happening. A lot of the regs are burnt out on DoD:S...the PuGs' even moreso.

At least for me...PUB and PuG play is completely different...yes you can be burnt out on the same maps all day everyday, But that is what the PuGs stand for, something different, custom maps...And very tight-knit teamwork and communication practice...Plus you get to play with FF on for something different.

*edit* If anything the PuGs where what was keeping dod from getting old.
*edit edit* Also when regulars get to be captains in the PuGs they get the skills to help lead their team, which they then can use to lead teams in the PUB to victory.

Yes, but a few people didn't like to be tied down to a certain class...and set times were becoming tiresome.

So can we agree that some people like pug and some people don't. If you want to participate in the pug then show some effort, if not then don't. No point in arguing over it.

If you want to do it just do it.
